He Say, They Say: Miguel Allegedly NOT Warned to Make Leap

Acccording to TMZ Miguel not only practiced his flying leap TWICE during rehearsals for the Billboard Music Awards but that producers never warned him to cut the maneuver from his performance.

Billboard Music Award’s executive producer Don Mischer is singing a different tune however. He tells TMZ that he personally spoke to Miguel after rehearsals and told him not to attempt the leap.

But Miguel’s rep is strongly denying that … telling TMZ, “The reports claiming that Miguel was warned by producers not to jump are completely false.”

The he say, they say goes even further when a source close to Miguel states that producers asked Miguel if he was genuinely going to attempt the leap so that their cameras didn’t miss it during his performance.

As previously posted the young lady who Miguel leg dropped during his performance, Kyhati Shah, whose head slammed against the stage her attorney is hinting that she is suffering from possible brain damage and that a lawsuit may be filed.

Miguel’s rep says, “A number of attempts were made to reach Khyati and her lawyer after the performance to see how she was doing and whether any assistance could be offered.”
